At Mapworld, we want your home decor to be a perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mapworld account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
